Spot

The Spot is an after school tutoring program for 3rd through 7th graders in the University Place School District. Operating since 2000, Spot was designed in response to a felt-need in University Place for quality after school care for students. This highly relational program focuses on improved academic performance and improved relationships with both adults and peers.

Spot is structured to include a snack, one hour of tutoring/homework assistance, 30-minutes of a P.E. or art activity, a short faith-based message, and games and activities. Spot is proud to partner with the University Place School District to provide transportation from the primary and intermediate schools. We also partner with University Place Presbyterian Church to provide a safe and secure learning environment designed for your children.
