Tuesdays 12 PM – 3 PM
Thursdays 3:30 PM - 5 PM
Saturdays 10 AM – 12 PM
The Families Unlimited Network Food Bank (sometimes referred to as the University Place Food Bank), a program of FUN, provides at least a 3-day supply of food for individuals and families of Pierce County. The Food Bank may offer fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy and eggs, fresh meat, and various staples. Please know that are selection often changes and at times certain items may not be available.
You are allowed to shop once every 30 days. For admittance to the food bank all visitors are required to bring the following items:
• Personal photo identification such as driver’s license or passport.
• Proof of Pierce County residency such as a utility or Phone Bill.
Donations are always welcome! Someone is generally in the office, Monday thru Thursday from 10am to 3pm. Boxed or canned food can be left at our door. If you have perishable items, it is best to call ahead or come Tuesday morning or during food bank hours. Other donation sites include the West Pierce Fire & Rescue’s stations on Drexler Avenue or 40th Street West, University Place Presbyterian Church and Olympic View Baptist Church.
